Joining & Exit formalities) • Documentation & Maintaining employee dossiers • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees • Monitor HR department’s budget • Act as the point of contact regarding Employee relations • Manage employees’ grievances • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) • Measure employee retention and turnover rates • Oversee daily operations of the HR department • Design compensation and benefits packages • Support current and future business needs through the development

Qualification : • MBA – HR or related degree from a reputed University. • Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills • Excellent active listening, negotiation & presentation skills • Demonstrated expertise training
