Telecaller - Educational Institute Call Center

Skills :

  1. Key Requirements Minimum one year of experience as a Call Center Executive or Telecaller. Freshers are also welcome. Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Marathi Kannada Tamil or Telugu is preferred. Good communication persuasion and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software. Ability to work six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Following up on leads and ensuring timely response to inquiries. Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating CRM software. Providing professional customer support and resolving queries related to courses fees and admission procedures. Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions.
